Project Details:

The inspection of liquor caps is notably more complex and challenging than that of standard bottle caps. Particularly, the integrity of the serrated structure within liquor caps is crucial for the product's seal. Any damage or foreign matter present in the serrations could lead to leaks or contamination during storage and transport, significantly affecting product quality and consumer experience, and potentially tarnishing brand reputation.

To address this issue, the current project employs advanced AI deep learning capabilities. The system learns from a vast array of images depicting damaged serrations and foreign objects, comparing them against numerous images of intact products to identify and eliminate any potentially problematic items.
