Material breakage detection

Detection requirements:

1, from the top of the material frame to detect breakage and cracking

2, Detect the bottom of the frame from around the material frame to detect whether it is badly worn


Project Details:

In the production process, the use of materials is very large, with the passage of time, the frame will inevitably appear broken. Relying on manual detection of frame damage is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and will also affect production efficiency. Therefore, we plan to install a visual inspection system on the upper and peripheral sides of the frames in order to automate the inspection process and improve production efficiency.

The project will inspect all five sides of the frame and pinpoint the location of breakage by capturing the edge contours. Once a broken frame is detected, the system will immediately stop the use of the frame, thus avoiding the potential risk of continuing to use the broken frame. This not only significantly reduces manual inspection time, but also ensures the continuity and stability of the production process, ultimately improving overall production efficiency.
